The number of small industrial facilities owned by SIER is 52 units with a total area of 7,363.00 m2 and the locations are placed throughout the SIER area. SUIK Facilities:
- PLN electricity power ranging from 6.6 to 13.20 KVA
- Clean Water Supply (PDAM)
- One telephone number connected
- Standard Contract: 6 months (extendable)
- Deposit: Pay a guarantee (deposit) equal to 6 months' rent which will be returned without interest at the end of the rental and pay a guarantee of electricity which will be returned without interest under SIER regulations.
Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung
JIEP provides an area of -/+ 2 Ha consisting of 30 units with sizes of 48 m in the Pulogadung Industrial Estate.
Industrial Estate of Medan
KIM provides 31 SUIK units with type 72, & 108m2 which can be used as business facilities for MSMEs.
