About PT. Kawasan Industri Medan (Persero)
PT. Kawasan Industri Medan (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) with an industrial area management service business which was established on October 7, 1988, with a share composition consisting of the Government of Indonesia (central) 60%, the Government of North Sumatra Province 30%, and Medan City Government 10%.
Along with the establishment of this area, the interest of investors to invest in North Sumatra will also increase. Until now, PT. KIM (Persero) already has an area of 1000Ha with an occupancy of 72% which will continue to develop both on its own and in collaboration with private parties who are experienced in industrial estate development.
