PT. Industrial Estate of Wijayakusuma (Persero) or PT. KIW (Persero) Semarang is a State-Owned Enterprise/SOE (Indonesian: Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN)) specializing in the development and management of industrial estates in Indonesia.
Located at the main route of province traffic, which is very strategic and accessible, PT. is the best industrial area for investment with 250Ha ready-to-build and flood-free zone, plus 48,338 m2 ready-to-use factory building (Indonesian: Bangunan Pabrik Siap Pakai (BPSP)).
